New Member Dues and Chapter Member Supplies: Only online orders will be accepted. If paying by check, you must still create an online order below. Upon paying the member dues, you MUST provide all new member names, initials and email addresses for certificates & pins by filling out the Request for Membership Materials Form.
Graduation Medallion: When ordering Graduation Medallions, you must fill out the Graduation Medallion Order Form. This is needed in order to customize your medallion and add engraving to the back. This allows for group orders to be made and allows each medallion to have different text on engraved on the back.
Replacement Pin: When proceeding to payment, please indicate initials desired on pin in the "Comments" section of the "Delivery" screen.
Replacement Certificate: When proceeding to payment, please indicate the name, chapter, and initiation date desired on certificate in the "Comments" section of the "Delivery" screen.
Shipping for Bulk Orders: In order to simplify the process for you, there is only 1 (one) shipping charge per order (applied at checkout).
